Disclaimer

1. Personal Past Experience, Not Advice

All content posted on I SEE STOCKS reflects the personal past experience of the individual User who authored it. Posts are first-person, past-tense retrospectives of investment decisions that the User has already closed. Nothing posted on the Service — whether by a User, by another User, or by Hatdown LLC — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or other financial instrument, a price prediction, a solicitation, or an offer of any kind.

2. Self-Reported, Not Verified

Every return-on-investment ("ROI") figure displayed on the Service is self-reported by the User who posted it. Hatdown LLC does not verify, audit, reconcile, or otherwise check User-reported ROI against any broker statement, exchange record, tax filing, or other third-party source. Every ROI value rendered on the Service is accompanied by a "Self-reported · Unverified" watermark — visible in the user interface and pixel-baked into uploaded screenshots — for this reason.

3. Past Performance Is Not a Guide to Future Results

Historical investment outcomes — whether profitable, unprofitable, or break-even — are not indicative of, predictive of, or a guarantee of future performance. Market conditions, fundamentals, and individual circumstances change. Any decision you make in reliance on User Content is made entirely at your own risk.

4. No Solicitation, No Recommendation

Hatdown LLC does not solicit any securities transaction, does not recommend any security, and does not rank, curate, select, pin, feature, or otherwise promote individual posts on the basis of predicted or actual investment returns. The Discover feed is ordered solely by an objective engagement signal (likes + comments + saves) and recency. The Service does not contain price targets, target prices, or future entry prices; the composer accepts only six closed past-tense verbs (`bought`, `sold`, `held`, `added`, `trimmed`, `exited`).

5. Consult a Licensed Advisor for Investment Decisions

Investment decisions involve risk of loss, including loss of principal. Before making any investment decision, you should:

  • Conduct your own research;
  • Consider your own financial situation, investment objectives, risk tolerance, and applicable tax consequences; and
  • Consult a financial advisor, securities attorney, accountant, or other professional licensed to provide such advice in your jurisdiction.
  • Hatdown LLC is not a registered investment adviser under the U.S. Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Republic of Korea Capital Markets Act, the Japan Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, MiFID II, or any other applicable securities law. Hatdown LLC is not a broker-dealer, money transmitter, custodian, or financial institution. Hatdown LLC does not custody, hold, or transmit User funds.

    6. No Endorsement or Adoption of User Content

    Hatdown LLC operates the Service as a host of User-generated content. User Content is not adopted by, endorsed by, attributable to, or generated by Hatdown LLC. This structural posture is intended to be consistent with the third-party content / no-adoption / no-entanglement framework set out by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with the Investment Adviser Marketing Rule (17 CFR §275.206(4)-1) and related SEC and FINRA guidance on social-media-based investment communications.

    7. Your Responsibility

  • You will not treat any post on the Service as investment advice;
  • You will independently verify any factual claim before relying on it;
